  • Identifying the appropriate specification for goods or services
  • Producing the tender documentation whether Pre Qualification questionnaires, Request for Information or Request for Tender documents
  • Production of selection criteria
  • Managing interaction with potential providers, dealing with queries, and ensuring the best offerings are presented to the client
  • Reviewing all tenders and producing a tender report and recommendations on appointment

We have a wealth of information across arrange of categories and can use this to benchmark existing costs. We can also carry out confidential reviews of pricing and specifications with a number of suppliers. These exercises can allow a client decide where resources should be focused.

Too often we see clients use tenders as the end of a process rather than the beginning. We work with clients and often their suppliers to ensure the relationship is maximised. We introduce performance measurement tools, service and cost targets, processes to identify efficiency savings and others. The benefits of this approach are considerable as the client harnesses the knowledge, expertise and experience of the normally willing provider.
