We have worked with a large corporate on a full review of their spend in Categories such as IT, Marketing, Operations, Property & Facilities and Finance. This involved setting up a Steering Committee, working with internal Project Manager and Finance Business Partner. We implemented a new procurement policy and rolled out a consistent approach to supplier management.
We worked with a Public entity on a Facilities Management tender for c 100,000 sq.ft. We managed the process from identifying services required and attendant specifications to reviewing the market, issuing tenders, evaluating same, issuing a comprehensive report and recommendation and embedding the successful provider.
We are working with a Government Minister on procurement initiatives within the Department.
